"Easy access from airport, surprisingly quiet and peaceful, beautiful pool area, friendly staff. Rather expensive spa/massage/treatments. Reasonably-priced pool bar snacks/menu. Very expensive buffet restaurant. Couldn’t find all the switches to switch lights off in bedroom, so ended up sleeping with the lights on, annoyingly. Had a bath, then couldn’t empty it as the plug would not release. Otherwise a very pleasant stay and would book again."

"Hotel in good location. All staff, from receptionist to waiting staff and housekeeping amazing. Pool area nice to relax. We did book lounge access and it was superb deals with unlimited soft drinks, tea and coffee during the day to drinks reception with amazing cocktails and snacks every afternoon. 10 out 10 for this hotel!!!"

"We booked this hotel for a Monday–Saturday stay but checked out on Wednesday. Unfortunately, we decided to move to another hotel after encountering three roaches—one in the hallway and two crawling across plates in the dining room. While the staff were kind, communication was difficult as many did not speak much English. When we asked for washcloths, we were told to use hand towels instead. The property itself has some nice features: the outdoor pool was clean and offered a lovely view of the city, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. However, the rooms felt small even though we had a two-bedroom suite, and the balcony was locked and unusable. Overall, the hotel has potential with its amenities and friendly staff, but issues with cleanliness, communication, and room functionality made our stay disappointing."

"Wonderful breakfast Buffett beautiful property great staff. Hotel is starting to show its age a little. During my stay a lot of the rooftop amenities were closed due to remodeling which was unfortunate. Overall nice hotel just expected a little more "

"Breakfast is great. Tilted towards Asian cuisine as you would expect, but it includes an open grill with a chef to prepare any eggs you want. Plenty of fresh fruit, cereal, toast, and a buffet of asian cuisine that I didn't explore but many did. Overall a great value. Rooms could stand to be freshened, could use new carpet in the halls, but definitely not 'run down'. Just needs a little refresh to match the rest of the property. Junior and Executive suites are over 600 sqft so very roomy and comfortable."
