I was disappointed that the hotel refused to add my Hilton Rewards ID to my reservation. I have just checked in now in Hampton Inn in Regina and they had no problem adding my Hilton Rewards ID to my reservation.

Was advertised that had airport shuttle. The main reason booked. On check in I asked where to park if was planning to take airport shuttle. Front desk informed that they don't have that. And suggested the park n fly across road

Closeness to airport… great for early departure It generally provides a shuttle.. it was broken (we were told) .. we arrived late no shuttle took a cab and were reimbursed … couldn’t the Hampton have at least email to advise… Would have been able to sidestep hassles at midnight! Have used this property frequently over several years… has always provided great value and services … stood out from others.. it seems to be getting tired and a little worn down… perhaps time to move on

When we entered the room there was a plastic bag under the desk. One of the beds had not been changed from the previous person as when we opened the bed, the sheets were all wrinkled, you could tell someone has slept there. If it was fresh sheets they would have been tight on the bed with no wrinkles. Disgusting!

The property was conveniently located close to the Saskatoon Airport. I arrived at midnight at the Saskatoon airport so appreciated the short ride by uber to the hotel!!!
