"Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room."

"Good staff. Always ready to help if you need anything. Quite decent rooms. Value for money. Stayed here for 8 nights with family. No issues with the area and the local. Local dining and desert options available in the plaza itself. Recommended!!"

"Hotel is well located and properly maintained. The staff is very co operative. Also the breakfast was super good"

"Great location near the market + great food/service, but recent staff turnover, early check in charges, and unrepaired water noise in room 311 were disappointing."

"Decent, budget hotel."

"This was our first time to Surat so we chose this hotel because of the convenient location and easy access to anywhere in the city. The area is extremely busy, but it didn't stop us from thoroughly enjoying our time here. Our stay was 20 nights, so by the time we left it felt like home. The Kamats restaurant was fantastic and the staff/service was amazing. We highly recommend staying at VITS Hotel - Surat. "

"Not clean at all Smelly room , dirty sheets Too noisy as bus station is right next to the hotel The staff was nice but service is slow"

"Hotel is inside small lane, but property was very clean and tidy, rooms were small in size. You can consider for a day or two stay"
