"The staff were all so welcoming and helpful! The room and entire property are just as gorgeous as the photos seem. The included breakfast was tasty with slightly different variety every day. The connected restaurant was my favorite place to eat every evening. Overall fantastic experience, highly recommend."

"Very disappointing experience. We found more than 15 cockroaches in our room over two nights, despite reporting the issue immediately. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent both nights dealing with the infestation while travelling with a young child. What disappointed us even more was the owner’s attitude. Rather than showing understanding or offering proper assistance, he was rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, this completely ruined our holiday experience."

"Poros is my favorite island in Greece. It is not crowded w/ tourists and the only ferries are smaller, fast cats that get you from Piraeus to Poros in about 1 hr and 10 minutes. New Aegli is about 1.3 miles from the port, so I just walk there. It provides a great escape form the busy crowds in Athens. The beach is right there, and the water is great for swimming. New Aegli has a good breakfast in the morning and great dinners at night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love this place"
