Holiday Inn Kayseri - Duvenonu by IHG
I would’ve given this a 5-star rating, but the food at their restaurant took almost an hour to arrive, which was disappointing and frustrating—especially after a long trip. To make matters worse, no one even acknowledged the delay or apologized for the inconvenience.

It’s a fare place for the money. It’s very basic but if you don’t need much it may be good for you. I arrived late, closer to midnight, and the hotel was locked. Luckily a woman from the cafe next to the hotel called the receptionist and treated me with a cup of tea while I was waiting. My room had ...
