"I had to chase for the entry codes to the property, literally an hour before arrival at the place. Possibly because I booked through Expedia, but that shouldn't be my problem, and it really annoyed me. Not a word of apology from the host, again, might be language barrier, but does not show them in the best light. Room itself is absolutely fine, and quite pleasant although would do with a spoon and a proper cup or two..."

"We had a great time staying at this place for more than two weeks, which was made possible by an affordable price. Charming room in a 200 years old building in the center of Iglesias. "This place was not as advertised. The pictures led us to believe there would be a kitchen available. However, when we arrived that was not the case. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. The bathroom was clean but the shower was overhead and came down with too much pressure. It barely drained...

"This was the worse hotel/bnb experience of our lives and we've stayed in 100s of places. No one was there to greet us. We called and over the phone they told us to go in the house and find a room. The doors were open for anyone on the street to walk in. It was raining and water was coming in thru the open doors which we spent 15 minutes cleaning up. Then these unfriendly rough-looking guys showed up, day-laborers using this is a boarding house/squat. None of them were wearing masks and they were...
