"Great stay for the most part. Souvenirs and some trips better pricing from locals on the beach or away from the property. For a full resort, food quality was pretty good even though most restaurants are themed buffet offerings. Only real downfall was whole spa was closed but didn't say so when booking. Still trying to sell full price massages and spa treatments at little public kiosks next to construction or landscapers working, not very relaxing. That being said the property was beautiful, staff was all very friendly, pools and bars were great for relaxing resort days, always entertainment around. Our family had a great vacation here"

"We loved our stay at The Palms! Overall, the hotel is very cute and clean. We really appreciated that the cleaning staff tidied our room for us everyday. The pool area was amazing and the location of the hotel could not be beat - just a 2 minute walk from the beach! We would definitely stay here again. My two recommendations for the room was that the walls could use some painting, there were some scuff marks. The room could also use more hooks, shelves, racks, and areas to hang and store items. Overall, very happy with the stay!"
