"The manager of this property helped us in every way. He explained anything we asked about whether it was about the hotel or the tourist attractions. There was a free shuttle to Pamukkale and he called us a cab to get to the train station on our way out. He even called the cab driver when he realized that we left a phone in our hotel room.
