What a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Saratoga. Peaceful, quiet, with a calming and warm vibe. Rooms are spacious and mine even had a fireplace. Every staff member here is very helpful, friendly, professional, and makes guests feel welcome. There is a lovely continental breakfast, as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and will recommend this property highly.

The bungalows had nice balconies and were surrounded by trees and a waterfall feature. Recommend those 2 rooms vs regular rooms, which seemed more motel-ish. Great location walking distance to downtown, restaurants, wine tasting and Hakone gardens. Would stay again.

Booked Saratoga Oaks Lodge for a wedding at the Hakone Estates Garden. Beautiful town! We had dinner at La Fondue which was walking distance. It’s quiet, everything is nearby and everyone was so nice! My husband and I are going to visit again.

Great time in this amazing small town! Our second time at the inn and we’re definitely coming back! Clean, comfortable and convenient! We check in then go find one of several restaurants for a drink and a snack! Simply perfect!

The Jets in the tub did not work the bathroom sink backed up the freezer door one side of the door kept falling off it doesn't have a TV in bedroom other than these problems the room was nice has a nice layout the bed is very comfortable one more thing the gas fireplace the manifold where the Flames come out only half of it works

We have looked into your concerns and have the following conclusions.- We tested the jetted tub and everything is working correctly. The button isn’t very intuitive so maybe you could not find it.- The bathroom sink was a little slow to drain. We appreciate you alerting us to the issue and it has been resolved.- Refrigerator seems to operate correctly.- A TV in the bedroom would be nice. We will consider that change.- The gas fireplace does look to be only half lit. We will have it serviced soon.Thanks again for staying with us. If/when you stay with us again please let the front desk know about your concerns prior to checking out so that we may try to remedy them.

Nice motel in Saratoga downtown. Very convenient. Rooms are clean and very functional. Breakfast is only downside. Sorta like getting breakfast from 7-Eleven.

This hotel was very quiet and relaxing. Nice setting. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I would stay here again for sure. Check-in took 5 mins. Breakfast was pre-packaged foods, but enough to get you going.

Very nice people at the front desk. Lovely spot. Easy to get to the Mt. Winery for a concert (why we were there). Nice little kitchenette and roomy counter. There are not many places to hang things or put things on in the shower...a shelf in the shower and more hooks to hang towels, clothes, robes, etc. might be nice.

The room was clean and spacious. A very comfortable king bed, wet bar, fireplace, and sitting area. The patio set outside was nice, too. We'll be back!

Very cozy
Super cozy and friendly place. The bed was really comfortable and i slept like a rock. Peets coffee for the kerig. Did i mention the bed? Soft sheets, great comforter, pillows of every density and the mattress was amazing.
