"This hotel is wonderful. The staff is helpful, friendly and so nice. I really like all the shelving in the room. It made unpacking convenient with lots of place to keep our things. The room is designed well. The bathroom takes some getting used to, but even that is well designed. Oh - and they don’t gauge for lobby snacks! We really enjoyed our stay at the Kompose! Highly recommend!"

"The employees were all very helpful and cheery! When we went to our room, it was clean with a faint smell of bleach, so we knew the housekeeping was impeccable. The property was as if you were at a tropical island. Close to the beach and all of the downtown action....just a short ride away or use Uber/Lyft, which is what we did. The only down side is that the Adult pool needed to be vacuumed. We hung at the family pool anyway, since it was closer to the Tiki Bar and music. Would definitely visit again."

"The outside of the hotel looks a bit older, but they were fixing it up and improving it. The lobby needs some love and attention, but the most important part (the room) was excellent. Clean, nice and cool A/C, and all the amenities. We arrived on a Friday evening, about 8pm and there was a line to check in and only one person behind the desk. They compensated our wait with a free drink voucher at the Tiki bar, which we enjoyed later - so that was nice. Good place to stay in that area for a reasonable price."
