"This was an excellent property. The staff was friendly and pleasant. The room was larger than we expected and was clean and comfortable. "I was drawn to this resort because of the pool and location. I was somewhat disappointed that I couldn’t get a cot for my teenage son, and that breakfast was pretty expensive. I’m a cook, and appreciate great food, but there was nothing basic to order for kids. It was a nice stay, but we prefer continental breakfasts when traveling. I guess I mistook the word available for included."

"Adorable property!! A block away from the bridge to cross over to Siesta Key beach. 7-Eleven 4 minutes away to get ice, beach necessities. Didn't use the pool, but there is parking in front of the rooms. The room itself very comfortable, full kitchen you can cook and it has all items needed to make and serve a meal, full size fridge, good hvac unit to cool the room. Sleeper couch in living room and queen size bed. Super cozy, cute and very comfortable. Would love to return next time we are...

"What a great stay on Siesta key. Right down the street from stores and restaurants. Resort is so convenient to the beach and has great amenities like beach chairs, cooler and access to beach wagon. The only thing they don’t have is a beach umbrella so bring one or be prepared to purchase one at one of the beach stores cause there is no place to rent one. Staff was so pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be back. "

"The location was great. The hotel was clean and nicely appointed in our room and the common areas. There seemed to be good attendance for happy hour at the bar and for breakfast. The shuttle service was fantastic. We also enjoyed the pool. The only complaint I have is that there is a $25 per day resort fee that was not apparent to me (a seasoned traveler) in my research ahead of the booking. I wish this and all hotels would simply add in any resort fee to the price shown when booking so...
