"It was quiet and easy to get to. Free parking and enough parking that we did not have to worry if there would be a spot when we returned. It was near what we need to be near. Pool is small but was not busy so was perfect for us. Only downfall is no balcony or place to sit outside. Bar and restaurant made good food. I would stay there again. "

"This was one of the best places. Everything is within walking distance- the beach, restaurants. The staff were always so nice. I would definitely stay there again. It didn’t bother me but for others it may but no place for luggage. No dresser or closet area"

"Had to have our room moved a couple of times, but management was accommodating. They also addressed a couple of other issues that we had. Location on the gulf is excellent. They are still recovering from last year’s hurricane, but they are getting close."

"Another perfect stay at the Carlisle Sarasota. We splurged on a King Executive Suite and the room was amazing! I mentioned at check in that this trip was to celebrate my Birthday and they sent me up a beautiful card and some delicious cupcakes which was a lovely surprise. Service, location, room and amenities cannot be beat. Already planning our trip for next year."

"We stayed in September and loved it, stayed in June and some things were a little less than great. Hair on the bed and remote, broken tile in the shower, slow shower drain that was fixed by maintenance and then got slow again the next day. We still like the hotel, I just felt a little icky this time around. Also they pre-charge $50 in case you decide to use the market. Very strange. Still waiting for that refund."

"From check in to check out it was a positive experience. Very nice vibe at this hotel, modern and clean, with a bar and little restaurant. The pool area was very nice with a hot tub as well. Stayed at a Hilton property the night before and the experience was night and day better at the Hyatt."
