"The staff is rude : doesn't Say hello and respond when we Say it.
They give us only one room card for 3 adults in the room and refused to give another which created issues and inconfort.
During the breakfast, they are harcelling us to take the vessels and dont let us finish to get ouf breakfast in calm.
The swimming pool in picture used for promotion is billeable 25euros.
Overall i dont recommend the stay, for this Price we Can expect a better experience and services from the staff

"This was family owned and the owner named it after her daughter when purchased, She is an amazing owner she and her crew take care of everything at anytime, cleanest hotel you ever will see , right on the beach with most comfortable chairs of any nearby hotel , if you are staying in area , best value you will find perfect place for our stay , by the way Butrint is a great day trip , UNESCO fantastic "

"The location is really good and the pool/beach area is excellent.
Breakfast was good. The room was ok. A nice view of the sea and a spacious, comfortable bed. The carpet and furnishings are a little tired and don't match the price of the rooms. We stayed for an extra night but I do think it's expensive in comparison to other places in the same area. "

"Close to ferry terminal. Our room was neither a suite nor ocean view. Breakfast was near the beach. We were in a below street level room which had a bit of a sewer odor. Many restaurants and a grocery store nearby so location is good. "
