"Beautiful hotel with a convenient location. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We loved the outdoor garden. They also had a very delicious breakfast with a lot of food choices. Loved the room and beautiful marble bathroom. Can’t wait to go back."

"The hotel is lovely. Many of the high ceilings are frescoed and the floors are marble. Although our room was not large it was well appointed and luxurious w upholstered wall and fine lenin sheets. Our room was ver quiet as well. The location for the hotel is perfect! "

"Average welcome, not friendly. The 'no bath' wasn't advised until a few days before arriving so we couldn't check options. Room interior was bleak, not luxurious, bare flooring and very cold for the days we stayed. The balcony wasn't connected to the bedroom and it's high wall stopped any outlook. We had an Ikea style wardrobe with a safe high on the wall. We requested another option which was also bleak. The tv wasn't functioning, the a/c wasn't available so heaters had to be supplied. The breakfast room was cold and had very bright lighting, not pleasant. The food and catering staff were all quite good. Also the bistro was fabulous!"

"There was no air conditioning in my room. I reported it to the front desk. They will check. I took a picture of the settings. They said it works better at level two versus three. It didn’t. I didn’t sleep night one. Told the from desk. Even housekeeping said the room was hot. Next morning changed rooms, one floor down. No working power outlet in the room. Back to the front desk. Moved again. Same line from 703, to 503 to 403. Room felt slightly better. Housekeeping looked at the ac controls. Again, no ac. Just a terribly maintained property. This is the kind of place that for the next ten years, when you mention the Italy trip, your spouse is going to look at you like you are an idiot."
