The dinner buffet has so many delicious options and such high quality food that you should make it a priority to eat there. The hotel is definitely of the era in which it was built but I think that adds charm. The hotel does provide a free shuttle bus to the sapporo train station. If I come back to sapporo I highly expect to stay there again.

The rooms need serious love

The pool was nice that you can use it even in winter. But its probably better to just pay for the pool entrance and not stay at this hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was using archaic central heating and unable to adjust the room temperature. Had to open a window to air out the stuffy room. Even with the air purifier in the room, the room was very outdated. If they spent more money on upgraded the rooms to the 21st centurary, i think guest would have a more comfortable stay. Breakfast was ok. Nothing to write home about.

とても良いホテル

毎年利用させていただいております。 とても良い施設です。 一つだけ気になった事が、 部屋に用意されてた浴衣が乱れて置いてあったのと用意されてたお茶パックがシワシワで使い古し？と思うわれる様に置いてありました。 清掃時のチェックミスでしょうか。 この点がなければ完璧です。 また来年もよろしくお願いします。

子連れに対するサービスが行き届いていてよかったです。 ただ、足を痛めていたので温泉に入るのに本館と別館を長い距離移動するのは辛かったです。あと、プールも歩けない子を抱っこして、階段を沢山降りたり、ロッカールームから長い距離を移動するので大変でした。 朝晩バイキングでしたが、メニューが違って楽しめました。味は飛び抜けて美味しいものはなかったですが、種類は沢山あって、落ち着いて食べることができました。シャトレーゼならではのデザートも充実していました。 2泊3日ぐらいすれば、もっと楽しめたのかもしれません。
