"Clean room, beautiful scenery. Eden a bit run down, no laundry facilities available, mgr offered motels facilities. Greatly appreciated. Good stay"

"We loved our stay here. The park was clean and had heaps of facilities. Our Chikdren loved the water park and swimming pool. Everyone was friendly and we had a great time. "Big space, kitchenette which is always nice, big t.v. little dated but everything u need"

"Handy to walk into town. Room ok and basic. Price reasonable"

"A short but sweet getaway, stayed on my way from Sydney to Melbourne. Woke up to the most stunning view over Merimbula in what was a very nicely styled, comfortable room. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!"

"The only redeeming features about the property were: 1. Mattress was great 2. Close to Coles"

"The beach is just a short walk from the house. You can see the beach between the trees. The surrounding is spacious and there is a lot of privacy. It’s a quiet and peaceful place to stay."
