"This was an appalling stay. On arrival to the apartment I found that is wasn’t ‘executive’ at all. The bed had insects / droppings in it, along with hair that was not mine. The light switches were dirty and on a 36 degree day I would have expected that the cleaner who apparently only left a short time before I arrived would have put the air con on for the incoming guests.
The towels were not clean and the hand towel had a full dog paw print on it. The dining table hadn’t not been wiped and was...
