"The hotel is very new - only 3 month old. The whole staff was very welcoming and made our stay perfect. We used the spa and booked some treatments and can highly recommend to everyone to use the spa of this hotel. The hotel is ideally for your trip to rila monastery but also to the 7 lakes of rila. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to explore everything so I can recommend to take your time in this gorgeous area and enjoy the Bulgarian nature. "
