The staff is outstanding, very nice, super helpful , great service. The issue is here is that dining prices are from a Resort and this hotel, which is very good, can't be called a Resort. To me , 3 stars would fit better. definitely not a resort but good hotel with extremely nice staff.

This hotel is located by an amazing flat beach with very soft sand and warm clean water. The personel of the hotel is very helpful, and the spa has an excellent massage therapist providing amazing treatments.

Hotel confortável com bom atendimento, ressaltando a atenção dispensada pelos colaboradores Antonio e Thais. No entanto o valor está bem incondizente com o que oferece. Longe de ser um resort, café da manhã num padrão apenas razoável, restaurante caro e em pleno carnaval, nenhuma atração para distrair os hóspedes num fim de tarde ou mesmo a noite. Recreação fraca.

Excelente hotel pé na areia

O hotel é otimo e parabenizo a gerência por ter construído uma equipe muito bem treinada e cortês . Sem dúvida a equipe do hotel merece uma menção pela forma atenciosa como atendem os clientes. A localização é perfeita, o restaurante é muito bom. O serviço de praia é impecável. Eu me hospedei em um apartamento que é bastante funcional e espaçoso. Os pontos de melhoria seriam os seguintes: 1. O estacionamento em frente é pequeno com vagas em gaveta (o carro de trás prende o da frente). Isso é bastante inconveniente, sem falar do fato que não há cobertura contra o sol; 2. O papel higiênico dos apartamentos poderia ser de folha dupla dada a categoria do hotel 3. Faltam itens simples na cozinha do apartamento, como pano de prato e ao menos 1 panela, chaleira ou cafeteira. O ponto não é fazer grandes comidas mas ter um suporte minimo para uma refeição rapida e limpeza.

Estadia ótima, funcionários atenciosos, piscina aquecida sempre numa temperatura excelente, tudo maravilhoso. 2 pontos que deixaram a desejar, estava com bebe e precisava subir escadas para chegar ao quarto, os travesseiros eram horríveis, se puder levar de casa façam isso pq realmente o travesseiro é péssimo, mas toda infra do hotel e comodidade superam esses pequenos pontos a melhorar.
