All employees provided excellent service from the reception, cleaners, bartenders at the beach. Property is clean and the apartment had a great view to the ocean! We loved it!!

custo beneficio vale a pena devido ao atendimento

A pousada esta bem arrumada , na entrada e principalmente na gentileza dos colaboradores. Eu fiquei num quarto simples. achei que pequenas melhoria deveriam serem feitas, como toalhas mais decentes ( maiores e mais grossos) toalhas fininhas e pequenas pareciam de criança . Lenções pouco melhores, achei a cama bem dura também . O forte é a atendimento sempre cordial e o café da manhã .

Extremamente caro para o que oferece. Cama ruim, banheiro pequeno, não tem nem água no frigobar, o barulho das máquinas, acho que aquecedor ou encanamento estava insuportável e não conseguimos dormir direito. Só tinham 2 travesseiros na cama.

caro demais para um atendimento tão ruim

Quando chegamos, não foi nos dada nenhuma orientação sobre as regras do hotel durante a pandemia ou sobre como funcionava o hotel. E depois a toda hora ficavam chamando nossa atenção quando fazíamos algo errado. Internet muito boa, mas o café da manhã bem fraquinho. Nos colocaram no primeiro andar, sendo que o hotel estava vazio, e numa suíte lateral. Em momento algum explicaram sobre toalhas e cadeiras de praia. Achei que nos largaram lá, e a diária é bem cara. Frigobar vazio. Só falavam com a gente para nos chamar atenção. A recepcionista foi super ríspida quando pediu a chave do quarto num de nossos passeios ou no momento do checkout nos mandando voltar ao quarto para entregar os controles remotos na recepção. Mais preocupação com besteiras e pouco se fez para manter o bem estar dos clientes. Inclusive o hotel estava em obra no elevador e na piscina.
