Somente a localização para compras é boa porque o hotel tá muito velho sem manutenção nem uma , o chão que é com revestimento amadeirado está todo podre ,as cortinas muito sujas, a limpeza no geral é péssima e os recepcionistas são treinados pra atender mal, precisa de uma reforma urgente e treinamento na equipe , não é nada daqui que a gente vê no site na hora da reserva

Estava com bebê pequeno e o recepcionista foi muito atencioso comigo, permitindo que entrasse mais cedo, já que tinha quarto disponível. A experiência no geral foi muito boa. A localização é perfeita para quem vai comprar no Brás. Me senti muito segura no hotel.

Banheiro sem box e o vaso com colera suja. Nao tinha sobre lençol, tinha somente o de baixo, com furos e de tão gasto e tinha pelo menos tres furos. Aspecto de sujo. Enquanto aguardava a hora de entrada ou chekim nos cobraram para deixar as duas malas com bagagem de mão e uma mochila. 55,00 (conquenta e cinco reais) nao recomendo para ninguém.

Perfeito pra quem vai fazer compras. Saindo da recepção vc já esta de frente a feira da madrugada. O estacionamento no próprio prédio nos deixa muito tranquilos, tudo muito perto e de fácil acesso.

Pessimo o atendimento

O banheiro apresentava vazamento no chuveiro, tinha que toda hora desligar o registro , o atendente Jhon super grosso, teve ate um episódio que ele abriu o quarto sem nem ligar pra perguntar se tinhamos outra diária. Muito invasivo esse comportando, porque se eu nao tivesse com roupa adequada?? Custava ligar pra saber se iriamos permanecer no hotel.
