Good stay.

Great location and bed comfort. Breakfast is very good and diverse. The only thing we did not like was the poor light condition around the elevator area, together with a terrible smell. This smell invaded our room, and it was a problem that no one fixed.

I've paid for a business room and the advertising said I would get a modern room on 14th floor. I've got a room on 22th floor but I didn' realise anything modern or special. It was just a regular room. The hotel is good with a good breakfast. Great staff! The location is very good with plenty of options close to the hotel.

Arrived very late hoping for a nice comfortable room as I had stayed there before. My room had some ladies underwear left so felt it wasn’t cleaned properly. The staff were very apologetic and moved me to a new room. The property is a little tired but the beds are comfortable and breakfast is good.

o serviço de quarto não foi bom, pois faltou sabonete liquido e não foi resposto, desde o dia da entrada já estava vazio e saímos uma semana depois com o recipiente vazio. o box do banheiro vaza para fora e fica com o chão molhado próximo a pia gerando risco de escorregar.
