There is no world in which this hotel is a 4-star. The rooms are poorly patched up everywhere you look. Everything is worn off. We switched rooms as in the first one half of the lights were not working as well as the A/C. In the second room several lights weren’t working either. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast very good, but the rooms are really ready for a serious makeover.

DECEPCIONANTE. O PIOR QUALITY QUE JÁ ESTIVA

Tive problemas com os travesseiros adicionais, pois os que estavam no quarto deveriam estar no LIXO. ( MOFADOS < AMARELOS DE SUJO) Os defletores do ar condicionado quebrados sem permitir regulagem Manobristas descuidados que entregam o carro com o banco deitado para dormir e totalmente recuados> Nem uma pessoa com dois metros de altura precisaria desta regulagem. Falhas na Internet, precisando de verificação local para funcionar Mobília desgastada. A cadeira da mesa não tinha mais vestígio de que um dia fide couro ou similar

A pior experiência da vida em relação a hospedagem, hotel não condiz com as fotos que estao no site, quarto velho, mofado, carpete imundo, travesseiro é fino e não disponibilizam mais mesmo vc implorando na recepção,cortinas velhas e fedidas, chuveiro sem gas, falta tomadas para carregar celular, café da manhã com ingredientes faltando na maquina de cafe da três corações.
