The hotel is great! The room is very nice and well maintained, with a balcony and AC. The area around it is upscale, and incredibly safe. You can definitely walk around at night alone without a worry.

Fine, but construction noise from the hotel most of the day, also by the pool. Room was fine, but door to bathroom had a hard time closing. Also not free Wi-Fi, which I would expect from a place like this. Breakfast and gym was good.

Café da manhã podia ser um pouco mais completo de frutas e o omelete acabava ficando mais seco, e ao invés de salsichas e calabresa poderia ser bacon, mas é uma questão de gosto. O café era muito forte e tinha gosto de café queimado. Os atendentes eram muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Hotel lindo e muito bem cuidado, flores lindíssimas, academia maravilhosa. Somente o café que não atendeu ao padrão de todo o resto. Café nota 7,5 e hotel nota 10!

Hotel bem localizado, boa academia, café da manhã gostoso. Tivemos um contratempo pois estava calor e o ar condicionado não gelava. Assim que reclamamos, nos mudaram de quarto e nos deram um upgrade de cortesia. Foram super atenciosos!

A localização do hotel é ótima, assim como o atendimento. Café da manhã excelente. Mas deixa muito a desejar com a qualidade das toalhas e lençóis. A disposição do quarto que fiquei também não é legal, tinha duas camas de solteiro e ficávamos bem restritas para usar o guarda roupa, enquanto sobrava lugar no outro lado do quarto.

Desconforto na hora de dormir!

Minha estadia teve um fato inusitado, quarto confortável, cama excelente, muito silencioso, porém muita atenção nisto: Alguém no ápice da loucura ou seria burrice, colocou um detector de incêndio em cima da porta de entrada no quarto, o aparato tinha duas luzes que piscavam sempre, aí na noite quando vc precisa descansar com escuro total, fica a luz piscando incomodando muito! Não consegui dormir no primeiro dia. Mandei msg pra recepção as 04h da manhã pq não consegui dormir, eles enviaram a manutenção no dia seguinte para colocar duas fitas isolantes o que amenizou deu pra dormir tranquilo. Mas em pleno século 21, alguém projetar esse dispositivo num local do quarto que incomode o viajante é no mínimo insano! Por mais que seja para nossa segurança. Há dispositivos no mercado que não emitem focos de luz. Melhorem!
