Always ask to see the room before make any payment. This place should be called a motel instead hotel by Expedia, with loud noise from the street, poor wi-fi signal when working, cigarette smell, stained sheets, no black total curtains and uncomfortable bed.

Se trata de um antigo MOTEL e dos piores!. Quartos extremamente pequenos e com pouca higiene. Muito barulho nos corredores a noite inteira porque eles ainda vendem a estadia por algumas horas. Não conseguimos dormir nem por 2h seguidas. Péssimo atendimento na portaria. Funcionário extremamente grosseiro e tivemos que discutir para nos deixar entrar. O site induz o cliente ao erro ao informar que o local dispõe de café da manhã e apenas após a reserva, informa que o café é pago a parte. Estávamos em um grupo e foram reservados 4 quartos. Chegando no local, apenas 2 quartos estavam disponíveis. Total absurdo.

Custo beneficio bom.

Custo beneficio muito bom, porém o quarto que fiquei fica de frente para rua, barulho infernal não tem oq o dono fazer nada para melhorar, outro ponto negativo é a falta de blackout na janela que só tem uma cortina translucida e o quarto fica muito claro, bem ruim para dormir. No mais nada a reclamar.

Não gostei, cheguei 01:00 da madrugada cansada, e a máquina de cartão não passava e não liberavam para descansar e acertar ao amanhecer, um transtorno horrível e não tinha opção nem de pix pra facilitar. Pia dentro do quarto, quarto bem pequeno, baratinhas pelos cantos, apenas uma tomada ao lado da pia no quarto, não tem café da manhã a não ser pago. Não é um hotel e sim um Motel sem recepção, apenas com uma cabine de atendimento, o portão da garagem fica aberto direto sem nenhuma segurança. Dormimos porque estávamos muitos cansados e pela manhã logo cedo fomos procurar outro. Experiência péssima.

Vou citar algumas coisas para melhorar as estadias: no apartamento 3 tem muita claridade, a janela da para o fundo depósito ou sala de limpeza e de manhã é muito barulho das meninas da limpeza. Acredito que a cortina de blackout ajudaria. No dia que chegamos alguém estava neste depósito fumando e o cheiro de cigarro entrou no apartamento devido a janela está aberta.Os apartamentos da para ouvir tudo que estão fazendo em outro, conseguimos ouvir tudo que o casal fazia no apartamento, ficando um pouco de constrangimento para o alguns hóspedes com crianças. Pensar em alguma acústica para estes apartamento,acho que vale pena. A recepcionista que fez o check in nossa muito prestativa e o rapaz do checkout também, quando chegamos de madrugada tinha o outro rapaz também bem prestativo, porem o recepcionista que está no horário de 18:00 precisa melhorar o atendimento muito ríspido. O estacionamento gratuito porém a poucas vagas para a quantidade de apartamento que existe no hotel, então vale a pena colocar essa informação no site para os clientes. Que caso não tenha vaga no estacionamento o carro poderá ficar na rua. Críticas para a melhoria, fora esses detalhes o hotel é bom.

Comprei duas estadias, mas só fiquei 1 dia, fui para outro lugar. Quartos pequenos, muito colados, dava pra escutar tudo que os outros hóspedes falavam e faziam no quarto ao lado, parecia que estávamos no mesmo quarto. Zero privacidade. É um motel e não hotel. Não recomendo! A maçaneta do quarto estava quebrada. O atendimento foi ok!

Bem ruim. Colchão fino e duro, travesseiro parecia de hospital, não tem cobertor só um lençol fino. Tinha uma única tomada no quarto. Atendimento péssimo, ainda me cobraram uma taxa extra pq quis fazer checkin uma hora mais cedo, sendo que praticamente TODOS os quartos estavam vagos. Enfim, não recomendo. E ainda fica longe do centro.

A reserva foi cancelada sem Aviso. Ao chegar o quarto não estava mais disponível. Tinha quarto com período de apenas três horas. Rodízio. A entender funcionamento de motel. Estou descredenciando meu cadastro inclusive do hotéis.com por manter este tipo de estabelecimento em seu cadastro. Devido o evento cultural quase não acho hotel para ficar causando mal estar e dissabor!

Pior experiência! Chegamos para o check e o hotel estava lotado, informaram que o Hoteis.com tinha liberado acima da capacidade e nos ofertaram a troca por um quarto num hotel próximo. Mentiram novamente, pois era muito longe e para nossa surpresa não era hotel e sim motel. Só passamos a noite pois estava muito longe da minha cidade.
