Poderia ser melhor o atendimento foi pessimo.

Foi boa porem o atendimento deixou mt a desejar, o quarto que me foi disponobilizado estava com a porta um pouco emperrada pedi pra trocar e a camareira mais o atendente resmungou dizendo nossa é só empurrar, achei um desrespeito com a minha presença ainda mais pq estava pagando pelo serviço tinha q ter no minimo umas condicoes melhores e um pouco de hospitalidade pelo cliente. Alem de tudo o cafe da manhã diz q esta incluso e na hora tive q pagar, nao gostei como tinha q sair rapido acabei nem comendo. O quarto e a limpeza ate q sao bons contando com valor × custo beneficio.

Quarto de casal em que me hospedei com tv grande e sistema som de ar condicionado quente e frio. Ah o chaveiro, bom esse precisa melhorar, vazava água fria, foi horrível, mais foi compesador. Nao me lembro o número do quarto, porém foi no segundo piso.

Melhorem na limpeza e sejam verdadeiros nas fotos.

Pra um hotel familiar, tive a impressão tá em um motel só que até aí “ok”, acho que o problema começou quando na foto tem frigobar coisa que não tem, fiquei chateado mais relevei, isso durou até eu deitar na cama e a pegar o lençol ter vários fios de cabelo longo, o que já mostra que não ligam com a limpeza, por conta disso não comprei nada pra comer, se o quarto tinha vários fios de cabelo (FORAM MUITOS) que eu poderia ver imagina a cozinha que eu não tenho acesso.

La struttura è un motel. Buona pulizia delle camere, buona attenzione. La colazione è essenziale, ma per il prezzo ci si può accontentare. Il materasso è un po' scomodo come anche i cuscini. L'unico inconveniente è la zona. La fermata del metro Santana è a 20 minuti a piedi, ma dopo le 7 di sera è molto pericoloso camminare a piedi. Per fortuna il metro ha il wifi e si può chiamare un Uber che costa circa 7 BRL. Tutto sommato una buona soluzione economica a San Paolo
