Very friendly staff, comfortable room with a very comfortable bed, the bathroom was fine but could benefit from renovation. Breakfast was basic but very nice - enough variety of hot and cold food. Good location in safe area.

Great service, beyond compare

The desk manager was very kind and super helpful - many thanks to Vittoria! The room was perfect and location ideal. A very xute pool and delicious buffet that includes jot food. All the staff was excellent in fact.

Great location, spacious room, okay breakfast

I was quite happy with my stay at Mercure Pamplona. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the location is excellent - near attractions, metro and good restaurants - and teh condition of the facilities is great. I would only say that hot food options for breakfast are not the best. But this may be a case of preference only. I would be more than happy to stay there again nonetheless.

The room did not have the three beds set up. But they were very good about bringing one up. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent very noisy because of construction and we were not told the pool was not available before we checked in. I don’t think the neighborhood was very nice, but you could walk to very nice supermarket.

My stay overall was solid. There was some miscommunication a couple times with the front desk involving multiple workers depending on the time you caught them. Checking in one of the rooms had a few things not prepared.

Estacionamento fácil (cobrado a parte R$ 35,00 a diária), café da manhã bom com frutas, bolo, sucos, café, leite etc. Quarto espaçoso e silencioso por ser de fundo, bom chuveiro, bom ar condicionado. A localização é excelente, mercados restaurantes próximo, comércio variado, farmacia na frente, próximo a shoppings, 4 quadras de distancia da avenida paulista.
