They are making repairs on parts of the building, and some of the rooms are disturbingly noisy. The buffet was a C. 6us Is fair for overnight parking. Cleaning staff very noisy opening and closing the doors doors in the morning.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, as I understand the hospitality business is hard. However, I had multiple issues checking in, and despite being an international hotel, all but one of the front-area staff spoke English, so it was very hard to resolve things. I understand Brazil's Portuguese is the primary language, but usually, staff at hotels in business areas are usually hired with ability to speak a moderate level of English. The rooms are very dated and could use a refresher.

Os hotel era novo, limpo e organizado. Funcionários eficientes, mesmo o lugar me parecendo cheio nos cerca de dez dias em que me hospedei. O café da manhã poderia ser mais rico, mais variado, mas, ainda assim, tudo era fresco e saboroso. A localização também é ótima, com trem e supermercado 24h pertinho, além de bares e restaurantes.

O ar condicionado do quarto somente frio e essa informação não consta no momento da reserva ,estava muito frio,tentei ligar o ar quente e fui informado pela recepção que era somente ar frio, tinha uma chapa de compensado tapando um buraco na parede pelo qual o quarto ficava gelado.

O melhor do hotel são os funcionários! Todos! Desde a recepção, quando o cartão não abriu a porta do quarto, o funcionário da recepção fez questão de ir comigo até o meu andar. A manutenção também atendeu prontamente, trocando o controle remoto do ar condicionado e os funcionários do restaurante são super simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto é OK, padrão, nada demais, honesto no conforto. Só a limpeza das prateleiras do armário poderia ser um pouco melhor. Falando em limpeza, se você quiser que o seu quarto seja limpo, tem que acender a luzinha verdinha da porta, do contrário, a camareira não passa. Café da manhã bom, com opções quentes (ovos), uma mesa com produtos mais naturebas, leite sem lactose (não sei se tinha opções sem glúten), frutas, pães. O quarto tem isolamento acústico bom, você não houve barulho da rua.

Café da manhã “ok”. Quarto “ok”. Tirando a boa localização, não tem nada que justifique o valor. Agora é um absurdo um hotel “desse porte” cobrar por talheres de plástico. Sem falar que, TODAS as vezes que saía do quarto tinha que ir na recepção para renovar o cartão pq ele não funcionava.
