The staff at check-in and throughout the stay were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a lot of options and is good quality. The location is close to shopping and restaurants, but immediately surrounding are offices, so it is a bit empty at night.

Well located and friendly staff. The rooms and common areas are in nees of maintenance, specifically the gym ans pool area. The internet connection is slow and unstable, overall a nice hotel with some areas for improvement.

I arrived 2 hours early and they didn’t allow me to check in unless I would pay R$400. I never had that problem before, if the room is ready why not just allow the costumer to check in? I do not appreciate the staff. Hotel was good. Room was good.

Nice location. Apparently, the Hotel is under renovations which is a good thing. The bad thing is that they gave us the room below one that were working with. It was impossible to be there during the day. They should not assign those rooms to any client.

I don’t have any huge complains about the hotel, it just wasn’t the best experience I’ve had. The rooms are comfortable, however the WiFi does not work at night - our show kept buffering every 5-10 minutes and even social media was hard to us. The food was decent but not delicious. It was also inconsistent, the portion size and presentation would change on the daily. Overall, I would probably stay here again if better options weren’t available.
