Muito bom tanto o quarto como o atendimento. A única coisa que não me agradou foi o tamanho do banheiro. O espaço onde estão o vaso e do box são extremamente pequenos.

Nos pareceu que o Hotel faz um esforço bastante grande para agradar. Deve ter passado por algum processo de qualidade etc. Porém, existem algumas situações estruturais que não há plano de qualidade que dê conta. Os quartos são razoáveis em termos de conforto. De qualquer forma, pelo preço cobrado é plenamente compatível. O local fica em bairro com ótimas opções de restaurantes e é perto de pontos turísticos específicos, como o Pacaembu e o Museu do Futebol.

O hotel não é ruim. É razoável. O quarto é confortável e bem limpo, mas o banheiro é minúsculo e deve medir cerca de 1,1m2 e a porta para adentrar ao banheiro é de mais ou menos 60 centímetros. E a internet (wifi) não funcionou adequadamente.

Infelizmente foi uma péssima experiência. Apartamento minúsculo, muito simples, banheiro precário. Não adiantou em nada fazer a reserva por este site, pois o pessoal do hotel tinha reservado um quarto com condições diferentes do solicitado, além de ter um check-in extremamente demorado e COM HORÁRIO DIFERENTE DO INFORMADO PELO SITE!!! Estou extremamente desacreditado desse site e muito chateado com a situação. Fomos em uma viagem de uma noite, contando com o conforto que poderíamos ter justamente para descansar. Péssimo.

Localização é o que salva

A localização é excelente e o que faz valer a pena. Fiz reserva para 4 pessoas e quarto com 2 camas de casal, porém soube no dia que o hotel não disponibiliza essa opção. O quarto é bem pequeno e o banheiro menor ainda, mal dá para se vestir. O ar condicionado funciona bem, porém quando desliga faz estalos. Para quem opta por beliche, o ar fica ao lado da cama o que torna insuportável o barulho. O café da manhã não possui mta variedade e o café servido estava frio.

Hotel bem simples, com um preço ótimo ! Pecou muito pela porta do banheiro do quarto não ser totalmente isolada ... é uma porta de box de banheiro que separa o quarto quadruplo para o banheiro! Situação bem incômoda essa! Café da manhã sem muitas variedades e finalizado exatamente no horário. Ás 9:50 já não haviam mais algumas coisas servidas no café e estes não foram repostos pela garçonete pois o horário já estaria no fim e não haveria mais reposição. Ok! Os detalhes determinam a satisfação do bom atendimento.

Falta investimento

O hotel tem boa localização, mas falta investimento no quesito aconchego. Não tem uma sala de espera decente, o único pedido que fiz, um tapete na beira da cama, não colocaram, falta frigobar, chuveiro vaza água para todos os lados, ar condicionado antigo mais parecia um trator, café da manhã fraco, não tem mesa, falta comodidade. Ou seja, trabalha com preço de hotel médio, mas oferece serviço ruim. Os funcionários são educados, mas falta ação dos proprietários.
