My stay was comfortable and relaxing. All the hotel employees were welcoming and personable (everyone knew my name). The amenities are great and the location is perfect with lots of places to eat and shop in walking distance.

The renovated rooms are great, ask for one. The suite is also outstanding, even if a bit pricey. Suites have a lot of space and a view. Staff is extremely courteous and solicitous. Special shout out to Pimenta, who made our transit thru the reception area always a delight.

Checkin was stressful because we were told the room wasn’t ready at 3pm, and we needed to get ready for a 4pm meeting. But after some tense moments the staff accommodated us and gave us a room. I wonder why they did that if they had a room. Thanks
