A estadia foi muito boa!!, o Hotel é lipo, as condições de limpeza são boas, o café da manhã bom, os atendentes bem atenciosos. Tenho somente uma sugestão: precisei fazer uma refeição (janta) no quarto e hotel disponibilizou talheres de plástico, o que achei muito ruim, visto que é péssimo para cortar e comer. O Hotel tem talheres de metal, conforme visto no café da manhã. Sugiro que seja fornecido talheres de metal caso o hotel precise fazer refeição no quarto.

O hotel é antigo, razoávelmente cuidado, mas precisa de modernização em tudo! Pontos péssimos: cama, travesseiros, localização.... Razoável: banheiro, quarto e café. Bom: o preço. Não tem shampoo, secador de cabelo, manteiga no café da manhã, e, pedi uma pizza a noite, e requisitei na portaria um prato e talheres, mas só me foi fornecido talheres descartáveis...

Todas as vezes que eu vou a São Paulo, eu tenho milhares de hotéis para ficar hotéis luxuosos, outros nem tanto porém eles sempre escolho ficar no hotel castella, por enes fatores e um deles é o atendimento perfeito que eles têm, o cuidado, o carinho respeito que eles tem pelos hóspedes é surreal, a pegada do hotel é uma pegada rústica que eu gosto bastante, os quartos, as camas são bem confortáveis, e é bem silencioso do jeito que eu gosto, eu sempre fico e sempre ficarei no hotel Castelar, pois ele atende todas as minhas expectativas, e eles tem diferencial que nenhum outro hotel tem, por exemplo se o seu check-in é às 14h00 e você chega às 7h00 da manhã se tiver quarto disponível eles vão liberar pra você e é uma cortesia do hotel, eu viajo bastante nunca encontrei isso em nenhum hotel e são diferencial muito grande deles. Quero agradecer toda equipe do hotel Castelar!

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O quarto é bem espaçoso. O que eu acho que poderia melhorar é o café da manhã. Ter mais variedades e também não repetir as mesmas coisas todos os dias, inclusive aos finais de semana ter algo diferente/ especial.

O quarto de um tamanho ótimo, porém anoite bastante barulho devido sos moradores de rua, única coisa para ajustar cortina do quarto 901 arrumar e café da manhã incluir um bolo, ou alguma coisa doce, no estacionamento recomendaria uma organização e limpeza, muita entulho e sujeira
