Nice Hotel in a great location! **Wifi was poor
Nice Hotel in an Excellent Area with lots of great shopping and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi did not work very well which was very important. Breakfast was good too, but some more protein and non pork options would be greatly appreciated.

The restaurant on the property was very good and the breakfast was very nice. Our room was listed as a "Deluxe Suite" but in reality it was a nicely appointed room. Actual suites are considered "Premier."

Experiência poderia ser melhor. Final de ano e luzes externas desligadas, nao consegui nem ficar próximo a piscina pq desligaram as luzes as 22h e ainda na véspera de ano novo, que hotel obsoleto e parado no tempo. Cascata da piscina quebrada, e no 4° andar nos corredores estava cheirando xixi forte, não consegui ficar 5 minutos lá em cima com minha esposa. Pelo menos o café da manhã não tenho do que reclamar. Mas não voltarei nesse hotel, o Clima é muito frio e falta cortesia aos hóspedes é grande, fora que os quartos são inferiores aos outros, mesmo vc pagando o mesmo valor. Não penso em voltar, pq a experiência ficou muito a desejar.

The room and holes need to be painted. There were a lot of noise coming from the street and also from the hall from father guests. The The blindness would not completely shut down living lots of light coming inside the room at night.

Me fizeram ficar sentada 1 hora no check in esperando liberar meu quarto, que ja deveria estar pronto as 14hrs. Dai fui obrigada que trocar de quarto pra não ter que ficar esperando mais Fui pra um quarto velho e feio, espelho todo manchado, banheiro antigo… Tinha reservado o quarto reformado E não me ofereceram nada pra compensar o tempo perdido e o quarto horrivel Customer service zero
