The check-in system is slow, the staff NEVER got back to us when we messaged them about the terrible odor in the room and bed sheets, the poor condition of the towels (completely stained and overused) and the lack of toiletries in the bathroom. The only time we heard from them was at checkout when the had the nerve to message us to see if we were going to check out at 11am.

Quando adentrei ao apartamento, como de costume fotografei todo o ambiente, e o estado do apartamento ficou muito a desejar, bem como sua higiene… Porta da varanda que não trava, cooktop enferrujado, utensílios enferrujados, armários com poeiras, cortina com uma parte solta, teto do banheiro todo embolorado, suporte de toalhas no banheiro quebrado, tampa e pedaleira da lixeira do banheiro quebrada, banheiro sujo com cabelos e pelos, pia da cozinha sem a rosca de proteção na saída de água, Pia suja da saída do banheiro, Toalha com cheiro estranho. Isso sem contar que haviam apenas duas colheres na gaveta, uma pia para lavar os utensílios mais sem um pano, o que não faz o menor sentido pelo menos pra mim. Para Minha esposa que tem Problema de Rinite as noites foram dificeis.

Espaço ótimo para viagem individual ou casal, tivemos um pouco de problema com a limpeza, principalmente por sermos alérgicos a poeira, o encosto da cama estava muito empoeirado e as panelas disponíveis estavam sujas (obs a frigideira disponível não funcionava no fogão por indução) a geladeira estava com a parte do refrigerador parecendo um iglu com tanto gelo. No mais o acesso e a região são excelentes. O custo benefício vale a pena.

A localização é excelente, a comunicação também é boa, porem achei o APT não muito limpo. O edredom por exemplo estava sujo e não pude utilizar... o banheiro não tinha ducha e não estava tão limpo... o local onde colocava o sabonete no BOX estava quebrado.

Não foi uma experiência agradável. O banheiro tem mofo por todo lado e não estava muito limpo, a toalha de piso já estava suja. A torneira estava vazando, molhando tudo em volta. A geladeira faz um barulho absurdo, so tinha um garfo enquanto diz que o espaço é pra duas pessoas. So tinha uma panela pequena, impossibilitando de fazer até pequenas refeições. O lençol da cama estava furado de cigarro, os travesseiros eram praticamente inexistentes de tão baixos. Além de tudo, na entrada e saída do prédio, as portas demoram muito pra abrir, deixando as pessoas vulneráveis demais. Não recomendo o lugar.

Fácil de realizar o processo de check-in (tudo via online), quarto super confortável, tamanho suficiente para duas pessoas. Banheiro de tamanho razoável. As únicas queixa são: panelas com fundo já estragados e falta de sabonete, ao menos para a chegada do hóspede, para lavar a mão.

A localização é muito boa, bairro tranquilo. O quarto estava limpo e o prédio bem cuidado. Todas as minhas solicitações foram atendidas pela equipe presencial e online. A unica ressalva que faço é qusnto ao colchão que já está ruim, precisando de troca. De resto, tudo impecavel.

A localização é a melhor coisa. Destaque tb pra facilidade de acesso na portaria e no apto. Cama, chuveiro e armários muito bons. Na parte não tão boa: cortina quebrada, toalheiro quebrado, poucos utensílios básicos (1 faca e nenhum garfo) e a limpeza que fica a desejar. Precisei chegar e ja passar um paninho nos móveis para tirar poeira e sujeira (marcas de gordura e melado) e uma toalha desinfetante no banheiro, pois os metais estavam sujos. Na minha opinião, passei uma semana confortável, mas só depois que eu mesma dei um jeito na sujeira. Então recomendo que esse ponto melhore, mas que todos os outros sigam bons como já são.

Cheguei as 17:30 e o apartamento não tinha sido preparado. não consegui falar e ninguem deu retorno ate o fim da locacao. Felizmente apareceu uma pessoa para limpar mais tarde. e deu uma "tapeada" na faxina. na noite de sabado pra domingo foi difícil dormir porque uma galra chegando bebada de festa fazendo barulho das 03:00 as 05:00 da manhã

Boa acomodação, mas de difícil comunicação

Apartamento novo, bom estado de conservação e bem localizado. Dispõe de alguns utensílios domésticos. Não tem secador de cabelo. A comunicação com a propriedade é extremamente difícil. Menu automático e burocrático. Alguns atendentes são simpáticos, outros não. Se precisa pedir antecipação de check-in ou late check-out, não recomendo o local.

Tive uma incidência onde entraram no meu quarto de madrugada por que a 360 enviou o mesmo quarto com a mesma senha que a minha. Foi o maior susto da minha vida, uma falta de segurança absurda. Estou muito decepcionado e depois que falei com a 360 para trocar a senha, não trocaram.

Problemas no quarto e falta de suporte.

Tive problemas com item básico, que era o chuveiro. Pelo hotel, eu poderia ter ficado sem água no chuveiro sem problemas. Solicitei a manutenção no sábado, quando tive o problema e cheguei no quarto, mas só concertaram ontem, na última noite, depois de insistir muuuito. Além disso, tinha locais sujos de poeira. Não venho mais. E reclamarei em todos os canais possíveis.

O código enviado para entrar no quarto foi enviado errado, faltando um digito, nenhum telefone atendeu. Iríamos ficar do lado de fora caso não fosse a ajuda de um morador. No dia de ir embora, estávamos de roupas íntimas e do nada o próximo hóspede abriu a porta usando um código válido ainda dentro do nosso horário de estada. Para a hospedagem de 6 dias só tinha um rolo de papel higiênico inteiro e um já usado no banheiro.
