"Fantastic Hotel on the harbour, gorgeous views, very comfortable rooms with a pillow menu to ensure you are even more comfortable! Amazing breakfast, best one we had in the Azores. Rooms are very luxurious, the only thing I would say is that the bathroom can be confusing as the doors are all reflective like a mirror. The bar was a little slow service but lovely spot up there. Thank you "

"We stayed here for 6 days from Aug 03 - 09 2025. We love staying here. The hotel is clean, quiet, with plenty of parking and the staff is AWESOME! They are always friendly and courteous. Nuno, Maria, Petra and Julia always greeted us with a smile and they helped us a lot. If Fatima is reading this have her give all you guys a huge raise !! One small suggestion - can your hotel upgrade the televisions in the rooms to be Smart TV's? It would be nice to watch movies and shows on the Internet....
