"Nice location. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was as advertised. Sauna, pool, steam room were a nice addition. Very pleasant stay. "

"The breakfast was a perfect amount of choices to start the day.
All of the staff at the front desk were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure my stay was good.
I enjoyed the location, as it was easily accessible to the tours that I had booked. (I didn’t know, but the front desk can book tours for you.)
Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Ponta Delgada"

"Fantastic hotel. Great location for walking to the harbor and shopping and restaurants, friendly staff, beautiful decor, and excellent breakfasts. Note that no cars are allowed on street where they are located, but there is parking nearby."

"The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly as soon as we booked the hotel. Communication was great the entire time. Breakfast every morning was a nice plus as well. The rental car and parking garage they have on site as well made our trip very easy! "
