"Excelente comunicacao com o proprietario! Informacoes claras e precisas. Excelente apartamento, amplo e com todo conforto, cozinha bem equipada com tudo o que precisa. Ar condicionado nos dois quartos e sala, tornando o ambiente fresco em dias de calor escaldante. Bom sinal WiFI. Local tranquilo para familia em rua sem saida, proximo do comercio em geral e ponto de onibus. Curta distancia ate o centro da cidade. Recomendo 100%"

"Atendimento muito demorado para realização do check-in. Fiquei parado por 2 horas na frente do apartamento esperando alguem me atender via canal de comunicação indicado. O apartamento estava péssimo em relação a limpeza. E estadias mais longas, como foi meu caso, seria bom ter mais toalhas, sabonetes e etc. Outro ponto importante: O CHUVEIRO NAO ESQUENTA, TOMEI VARIOS BANHOS GELADOS."
