Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Sofri um golpe ao tentar me hospedar nesse lugar. Confirmaram a reserva pelo site do hotels.com, mas quando cheguei no local disseram que não havia vagas. Contestei a cobrança via operadora do cartão de crédito, pois o atendimento do site desligou na minha cara, o profissional Mahmud me fez esperar muito tempo e não resolveu meu problema.
