Chegamos la umas14:30hs e fomos recebidos muito mal,a moça da recepção anyes desse horàrio im nojo que só,ñ nis comprimentou nem olhou na nossa cara demis boa tarde ela nem respondeu.Foi logo pedindo os RGs e ñ e ainda por cima fez nossa reserva errado.
Muito péssima.Ainda por cima pedimos uma informação do quarto nos tratou que nem retardada.Talvez nem volte mais.Fiquei com receio de pergta mais alguma coisa pra ela.Mas qdo precisamoa de outra informação qdo descenos a recepção jà era outra funcionària.Nos atendeu super bem..e s outros funcionàrios tbm.Super bem.
