"From check in to room cleaning to breakfast, this has been the worst Novotel experience I’ve ever had. I am an All member and this Novotel Gonzaga was far from being a Novotel standards. Lazy service. I had to ask to do additional towels several times. Check in took 30 minutes. I took 1 hour from SP to Santos, and took 30 minutes for a lousy check in. "

"The location was great The breakfast choices were good, fresh, and varied. A/C worked well in the guest room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"A slight view of the beach through a small window. I stayed out as long as I could to keep from spending time in the room. The bathroom was dirty and dingy. I wiped everything down with Clorox wipes before I touched anything. I showered with flip flops. The beds were clean and I slept well - the only reason I gave it a two star. The location was great as well. "
