This is a very convenient place to stay in Santorini. Parking was easy just a few steps from the apartment, the bed is very comfortable, and the shower. There are restaurants, shops, supermarkets, souvenir shops, etc. But the best thing is the sunrise from the balcony and seeing the sun rise from the ocean.

Close to everything

We got there early but Jimmy made sure we were comfortable and got our room ready for us. It is only a short walk from the bus hub. The shopping and sunset trail is right across the street. Lots of restaurants right in front. Highly recommended! Would stay there again.

There should be an outstanding category in these scores. In my 40+ years of travelling the world, you sometimes find a rare gem. This was one of those moments. Christina knows what her guests want and need, and she supplies it all with high quality surroundings, beautiful extras and high calibre service. Staying at this property made our trip to Santorini. She was so helpful and always available to communicate. We can't say much than we highly recommend this host and her lovely place to stay..thank you Christina.

Platia has a great location, a short walk to the Fira bus terminal and taxi drop off. I arrived via ferry so it was an easy walk to the hotel. And its location in terms of the Fira action is great! Good dining options (affordable) very near and just a short walk to the higher-priced caldera view restaurants. The room was super clean, refrigerator for snacks, cold AC and a great shower! I can highly recommend. Good communication with the staff also!

The location of the hotel couldn’t be more perfect, offering breathtaking views of the iconic Santorini landscapes. Waking up to the mesmerizing sunrise and relaxing with the stunning sunset was truly unforgettable. What made my stay even more special was the exceptional hospitality provided by the host Christina and Jimmy. They were incredibly attentive to the guests’ needs and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. The hotel itself had a charming and cozy ambiance. Even though the room was a little smaller than we expected, it was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploration. A hospedagem foi ótima! O quarto é de um tamanho razoável e tem uma varanda que ao fundo dá para ver o mar. O banheiro também eh bem espaçoso e funciona bem. Enjoyable Hotel.

AMAZING!!

This place was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The location: could not have been more perfect. Half way between the cliffs and the bus stop. Right above the main shops. Made getting everywhere so easy. Literally all you had to do was step outside. The room: SPARKLING CLEAN. The bed was so comfortable. The AC worked amazingly. The bathroom was roomy and the rainfall shower was the best thing to ever happen to me. The balcony was perfect and was a great place to people watch while eating the gelato we bought across the street. Surprisingly not noisey at all and we could sleep very well even being so close to the action. The host: I cannot say enough good things about the host here. Upon check in- which was very easy- we found we had left our wallet in the transfer. Our host called around to all of the transfer companies and even THE POLICE and ended up helping us find the wallet!!! We would have been completely lost without her and we can’t thank her enough. You want someone like this helping your vacation!! Overall, this was the perfect place to stay. In budget, close to everything, clean, comfortable. If you are debating this at all, don’t. Book it!
