Me ha gustado muchísimo el servicio de restauración tanto para comer como para cenar todo excelente y a precios muy razonables. También la situación del hotel espectacular frente a la playa de Berria y las vistas de nuestra habitación bellísimas!!! En fin todo excelente.

Lo mejor del Hotel es su ubicación en plena playa de Berria, muy buen punto de partida para visitas y excursiones. Otro punto destacable, es el personal de recepción de día. He puntuado bien la limpieza como un término medio: fue excelente los 8 primeros días, pero muy mejorable los 4 últimos; suponemos que cambiaron las personas encargadas.

La habitación no estaba lista y nos toco esperar

La entrada al hotel es a partir de las 14.00 h y hasta las 15.30 no nos dieron la habitación. Además pedí cama de matrimonio y la habitación tenía dos camas y cuando de lo dije a la persona que nos acompaño a la habitación me dijo que esas eran las camas de matrimonio que tenían que a veces eran de dos colchones y otras de uno solo. Cuando reclame por todo el personal se puso a la defensiva y querían hacerme ver que había sido un mal entendido y lo justificaron todo diciendo que er temporada alta. Yo pague la estancia como hotel de 4 estrellas en temporada alta pero una atención pésima. El personal de recepción no estuvo a la altura y la directora del hotel tampoco, lo único que decía era lo bueno que era el hotel y en ningún momento dijo que la culpa de todo lo ocurrido fuera del personal. No creo que vuelva y no se lo recomiendo a nadie.
