"My family and I had a great stay here. Traveled with my wife, our four-year-old, and our four-month-old, and the hotel was very accommodating for our family. The staff was extremely responsive before we arrived and answered all of our questions quickly. They also helped arrange an airport transfer with a great driver who we ended up using for rides throughout the rest of our trip. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff on site was friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The location is also very convenient—it's less than a five-minute walk to the beach, about a one- to two-minute walk to a small convenience store, and roughly a ten-minute walk to a larger grocery store. We felt safe the entire time and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back and stay here again. The only minor downside is that you can hear noise from the road, such as motorbikes or trucks passing by, but it wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. Overall, the value for the price is excellent."

"The ocean was far from the hotel, the area was not a safe area, and walking anywhere was impossible. And there was bed bugs in the room. The hotel looks like it has been remodel or they are working in the interior, the outdoors are great but still need improvement ., The welcome area was great so was the customer service, is not theri fault the hotel is old."
