ME SENTÍ ESTAFADO

Me sentí totalmente engañado o mejor dicho estafado. Hice una reserva confirmada por Hoteles .com, y cuando nos presentamos en el hotel nos dijeron que no les habían enviado la reserva, por lo que tras llamar a Hoteles.com nos realojaron en un hostal de una estrella con una cama horrible de muelles y todo sucio. Yo había reservado un hotel de tres estrellas y ellos nos ofrecieron un hostal. Es evidente que el hotel carece de total profesionalidad, y espera los fines de semana a ver si ocupa las habitaciones de modo libre, y en caso de no hacerlo accede a las reservas que le hacen los intermediarios. Es evidente que borró la reserva hecha porque si no, no estaría confirmada por email que vds., me mandaron además yo les llamé por télefono el mismo día antes de ir indicándoles que llegariamos un poco mas tarde, y nos dijeron que no había ningún problema. Además querían que les pagará el precio pactado, pero me negue, y por deferencia les aboné 40 euros por un hostal impresentable. Que vds., me deberáin devolver en justicia y descontárselo a ellos de sus comisiones.

Tuvimos que adelantar la marcha, por aviso de inmediato fallecimiento de mi padre, perdiendo una noche, y no se tuvo la mas mínima deferencia. Por fotyo erl edsrtablecimientp parece una cosas y despues...., hay mejores Hoteles, o mas cuidados, renovados, limpios a escasos metros.

Would not recommend but there’s no other choice

The staff really let this place down. When we arrived we waited at the reception for 10 minutes while a member of staff carried on a casual conversation with a friend. We were told that breakfast was served from 8am - when we went downstairs at 8.20am all the lights were off and no one could be found. This is despite the fact that the reception was meant to be staffed 24 hours a day. The room was pleasant enough but the shower was black with mould. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, but as the town is so small you might struggle to find somewhere else!

Muy buena ubicación. Muy caro para lo que ofrece

La habitación muy justa y vieja a pesar de pagar más por una habitación estándar (desconozco como sería la económica). Las almohadas muy incomodas y se oyen los ruidos de otras habitaciones, así como de la recepción. El baño estaba medio atascado y se llenaba la ducha y el lavabo cuando usabas los grifos. Imposible ver la televisión aunque creemos que era problema de señal de la zona.

Simplemente estuvo todo genial.

Nos gustó muchísimo el hotel, el trato que recibimos...todo. Enfrente mismo del hotel está la Iglesia Monástica San Sebastián (la misa con canto gregoriano fue fantástica) y también lo fue la visita al monasterio con su claustro y su famoso ciprés.

Como siempre es un placer alojarse en Silos y en este hotel emblemático. Tiene algunos inconvenientes como escaleras o instalaciones un poco antiguas pero se suplen porque tiene mucho encanto.
