"Excellent location in the historic district, walking distance to many shops, restaurants, squares, the city center. The views were spectacular! Kind and friendly people from airport pick up to drop off, as it is historic, there was so much charm & character everywhere, including the beautiful stairs (no elevator). My room was beautiful and had everything I needed for 4 days. The shower was excellent with a rainfall shower-head & the hot water I needed. Everything felt clean & comfortable, with many pillows on the bed to choose from. The staff at the front was helpful with anything I needed daily with particular shops & restaurants & helped me schedule a massage & set it all up in a special room with calming fragrances.
The breakfast staff on the rooftop were kind and accommodating even had a breakfast sandwich & water ready for me on an early morning excursion! I feel like service was above and beyond and I highly recommend Friends Hotel to anyone wanting a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Henry & Xavier & Mary upstairs were all wonderful!"
