In Santiago for a month, Time Stay assigned me to a lovely one bedroom apartment with daily maid service, free breakfast at an excellent restaurant. ALL of the staff I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable, answering my questions and offering sound recommendations.
Two large picture windows let in plenty of light.
Nice fitness center, used it every day I was in Santiago.
Roof top pool available to all residents. Nice views of Las Condes and Providencia.
This is the restaurant where breakfast is served daily.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We traveled with two other couples. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Our room (201) needed serious updating and fixing. The toilet ran all the time and could not be stopped. We barely had enough hot water for one quick shower let alone two. The couch was horrible there was no cushion you had to have help getting out of it. The balcony was nice but no furniture out there so it did no good. The hotel said they had laundry facilities (which is why we choose it - they did not). Our friend's rooms did not have these issues and one even had a washer in it so we all used that one. The bed was comfortable.

Bom quarto mas não é um hotel e sim um prédio de apartamentos de uma rede ao redor. O apartamento é pequeno, especialmente o banheiro é muito apertado.
