Riots and fires

We could not even get to our hotel because there were riots and fires and demonstrations in the street, there were armored police cars, fire hoses being sprayed, complete disaster, we told the taxi driver to get us the hell out of there

Hotel muito bom! Recomendo.

O Hotel é muito bom. O ponto alto é a localização! Conhecemos todos os pontos turísticos do centro de Santiago a pé, e quando precisamos recorrer ao metrô a estação fica ao lado do hotel. O quarto é bom, com uma cama grande e um frigobar, além de ar condicionado com opção de aquecimento. O banheiro é bom, com toalhas trocadas todos os dias. A área de banho é um pouco pequena, mas não tive problemas quando a isso. Talvez uma pessoa com sobrepeso tivesse algum inconveniente para tomar banho. O hotel fica bem de frente ao parque florestal, e a um ponto de ônibus, o que pode incomodar as pessoas mais sensíveis aos barulhos. Mas eu que tenho o sono super leve dormi bem todas as noites. Uma grande vantagem dessa localização é que as ruas estão sempre muito movimentado, e todos os dias ia a pé jantar e aproveitar os bares na região do Pátio Bela Vista. O cafe da manhã é muito gostoso, mas servido um pouco tarde para quem vai fazer os passeios, já q todos os passeios começam antes das 7 horas. Mas já fui ao hotel sabendo disso é portanto não reclamo disso. Enfim, recomendo tanto que ficarei hospedado novamente nesse hotel em uma próxima viagem a Santiago.

Too noisy

The hotel is located across the street from a bus stop. There was too much noise; even late at night we could hear loud laughter. The staff hardly spoke English; we communicated through google translator.

Great location, but noisy, cold and a little dirty

This was in a great location and the staff are kind which is why it gets three stars still. However, this was a VERY noisy location and the windows, curtains and doors kept no sound out. It was also very cold in the room and everywhere in the hotel. When we arrived late at night after almost 24 hours travelling I had to clean the bath as it had hair all over it and in the plug hole. One night drumming went on outside until 23:30 . Another night people were setting fire crackers off at 3-4am !!! It is a good location near to many great bars and restaurants and a lot of tourist attractions. It has busy roads both sides of the hotel so it will always be noisy, and bus stops outside mean around 5am chatting begins, and seeing as the partying only dies down at 3am it's not at all peaceful. We stayed here for 1 week and we were very ready to leave. Had we not known we were going somewhere else that was quiet straight after we would have had to check out early as we were at our wit's end. However, the breakfast was good for the room price. 2.5 - 3 stars

Agradável hospedagem

O check-in foi rápido e atencioso. O quarto tem um bom tamanho. As toalhas eram trocadas diariamente. O colchão muito mole, deveria ser trocado. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, pois era igual todos os dias. A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo ao metrô e bares. A equipe muito atenciosa, simpática e prestativa. Com certeza, me hospedaria novamente neste hotel.

good location in Santiago

The hotel is in a great location and the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They helped us with tour and restaurant information. The room was lovely and value added for the price. The only recommendation I would suggest is an email address that can be used to contact the hotel ahead of time. The contact info online to book a room did not appear to work for other questions. This might have been my fault in not understanding contact info. I highly recommend this hotel.

O hotel é bem localizado e os quartos têm vista para a cidade; fiquei no 4º andar e o barulho da rua não me incomodou muito, apenas o cheiro constante e forte de um Subway nas imediações. O quarto é pequeno mas limpo, cheiroso e arrumado, e o serviço de limpeza é ótimo. O pessoal da recepção também é bastante solícito e o café da manhã é bom.

Ótimo custo-benefício

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo à Praça Baquedano, a poucos metros de Bellavista e algumas quadras do Centro, permitindo fazer muita coisa a pé. Limpo, atendimento cordial. Quarto organizado, de bom tamanho, porém com banheiro e box muito pequenos. O café da manhã tem poucas opções de pratos quentes e é repetitivo.

10 min from Santa Lucia / Lastarria. Some staffs can not speak English. Room is small and no amenities. Can not expect fantastic experience, but reasonable to stay. Not the best but ok.

Corrigir a localização no site

A localização é muito boa.Ao lado da estação Baquedano do metrô,entre os bairros Bellavista e Lastarria. Porém o endereço fornecido por vocês e o mapa que consta em “ detalhes do hotel” mostra uma outra localização. A entrada do hotel é pela Merced bem pertinho da saída do metrô da estação Baquedano. Hotel simples,limpo,café da manhã gostoso.

Minha avaliação, considerará 6 pontos que considero importantes: check-in, quarto, banheiro, café da manhã, localização, estrutura do hotel. O check-in, foi muito rápido, funcionários muito atenciosos. O quarto, era bem pequeno. O banheiro, era muito pequeno, o box mal cabe uma pessoa. O Café da manhã era regular, pouca variedade. Localização, o hotel é muito bem localizado muito próximo do Pátio Bela Vista e da estação de metrô. Estrutura do hotel, o hotel em si é razoável, possui um pequeno hall na entrada com sofás e alguns computadores com acesso a internet.

Hotel bem localizado, o site tem que corrigir o endereço, pois o mesmo está localizado na rua merced, 54, o que causou uma pequena confusão no translado do aeroporto; muito bem localizado, pode se dedlocar a praticamente todos os pontos turísticos a pé, e tem o metro baquedeano bem perto, café da manhã suficiente, básico, somente o banheiro é que é bem apertado; funcionários super prestativos e solícitos, bem perto da Lastarria, voltaria a me hospedar novamente.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, la atención del personal muy buena. El desayuno es semi completo, si se termina algo no lo vuelven a reponer. La habitacion se es con todo las comodidades requeridas, pero lamentablemente el colchon se dividia en dos y lo terminaba haciendo incómodo y el inodoro del baño estaba en un rincón super incomodo ya que nos golpeábamos con el soporte del papel. Es muy recomendable por la ubicación, limpieza y atención del personal.

Melhor Hospedagem para conhecer Santiago

Um ótimo lugar para ficar em Santiago. Lá se pode ir andando aos bairros da Bellavista noite badalada e tbm ao bairro Lastraria. Muito bem localizado perto de ponto de ônibus e de uma estação de metrôr. Dá para ir andando tbm se tiver um pouquinho de disposição ao cerro de Santa Lucia, Ao centro da cidade e ao Funicular. Fiz isso andando e foi muito tranquilo. Em relação ao staff do hotel são super prestativos e nos ajudam até nos passeios. (

Nice hotel close walk to city center

Comfortable, pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room always clean. We rented a car and there was parking available in front of hotel. But you don't need a car, hotel centrally located to major sites. Easy to get around from there by foot or hop on subway/metro.
