I stayed one night only. The single room was simply furnished but adequate. Breakfast was good for Chile with cooked options. Front desk service was very friendly and helpful and I was kindly allowed esrly acces to my room which was great after a long overnight flight from the UK.

O Hotel fica bem localizado no bairro de Providência, possibilitando caminhar até o Pátio Bela Vista ou até a Avenida Providência, onde há comércio variado, com mercadinho e farmácias. Próximo ao hotel há vários restaurantes e cafés. O café da manhã durante os finais de semana fica um pouco prejudicado por conta do horário

Located in a nice, quiet and safe area with an easy walk to the Manuel Montt subway station. This hotel is nestled around the corner from busy Avenue Providencia of Santiago close to countless restaurants and stores. My room was adequately sized, very comfortable and clean. Hotel staff were always friendly, helpful and kind during my entire two-week stay there. Staff at the front desk effortlessly helped with subway directions, sightseeing ideas and made my reservations for airport transfers. Every day a housekeeper cleaned my room and left a set fresh in my bathroom, which was very much appreciated. Each morning a complimentary healthy breakfast was offered with a nice variety of fresh sliced fruit, cheese, yogurt, juices and other items. Staff did everything possible to make sure that my entire stay was enjoyable and pleasant. Front Desk staff were so amazing, always friendly and helpful, which ensured my entire stay was exceptional. I was very happy with my accommodations at the Meridiano Sur Petit Hotel.

Quarto apertadíssimo (suíte standard), mal há espaço p a bagagem; banheiro idem - qd chegamos não havia sabonetes ou papel higiênico (esquecerem de repor). Janela do quarto (q fica no subsolo) muito pequena; quarto ao lado da cozinha. Café da manhã ruím, c mais opções veganas e oferta de ítens que desagradam o hóspede médio. Frutas já cortadas e velhas. Café muito ruim. Funcionários da cozinha atenciosos e excelente localizaçao.

Lovely place to stay

The location was ideal for walking to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was so comfortable, we felt like we were staying with family or good friends. The staff were really helpful and patient and they all speak great English. We really appreciated the vegan options at breakfast even though we were unable to fully enjoy the breakfasts due to our early morning tour and departure. They have an honor snack system that made it really convenient for us to get all the bottled water we needed and there are a few restaurant options right across the street from the hotel. Public transportation is within walking distance otherwise the hotel staff are happy to arrange a taxi for you. We were very pleased with our choice to stay at Meridiano Sur Petit.

Room too small

The hotel was hotel, good stuff and spoke English, but one thing I didn't like was the room in basement and way too small. I should have next time to book a room not in basement and too small in size.

Hidden gem of a hotel

Staff were very welcoming - Juan was very helpful in helping to organise taxis and book restaurants for us. Good location within walking distance of Manuel Montt subway station. Rooms modern and clean. Tip: Costs 21,000 CLP for a private taxi to/from the airport or share a TRANSVIP minibus (6 people in total) from the airport for around 7,000 CLP per person which is better value than the taxi if you are travelling as a single or couple.

Delightful

It was a wonderful small hotel! The personnel went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. I loved the poetry on the walls as we descended to the breakfast area. The breakfast area was open with floor to ceiling windows and you could choose to sit indoors or out on their lovely patio. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. After touring busy Santiago we spent some time on the quiet, peaceful patio reviving ourselves for the evening ahead. It was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

Awesome location with beautiful patio

This little hotel was a real gem. The hotel staff - Andres, Juan and Carolina went beyond and above to make our trip to Santiago so enjoyable. We had a health problem along the way and Andres jumped right in to assist us in getting medical treatment. They were very flexible with our check in and check out times as we arrived early and left late in the evening. An added bonus was all the public rooms and gardens that are available to the guests. You won't be disappointed if you book here.

Ótima estadia, o hotel é pequeno e charmoso. A localização e’ maravilhosa. Café da manhã muito bom. Só não gostarmos muito do quarto que era para ser um “double superior “ e recebemos um quarto pequeno e com uma janela que da para um pátio interior que devassa o quarto, mantivemos a cortina fechada. No entanto, o quarto era muito limpo e confortável.

Beautiful little gem. Wonderful help from the desk

This serene little gem is in a lovely neighborhood with tree lined streets, close to restaurants and within walking distance to many sites. The desk was manned with such helpful people who made suggestions for activities and restaurants, and helped us straighten out a viatur reservation I had made on my own. It took multiple phone calls and emails, but they persisted until the tour arrangements were straightened out. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Best place in all of Santiago

This hotel is fantastic! It's centrally located, clean, and very welcoming. The owner, Carolina, is just wonderful. I was unfortunately ill with the flu during my stay, and Carolina and her staff made sure I was well taken care of. Also, I am a vegan, and it just so happens that Carolina is too, and she makes sure to offer vegan food options for breakfast. This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at. Carolina and her staff do a superb job! If I ever make it back to Santiago, I will definitely be staying here again!

Boutique hotel off the main street

We loved our stay here! So close to restaurants, metro and perfect for us as we are not big party people. The hotel was decorated in local artists and thought that the rooms named after other cities in Chile was a cute touch. The breakfast was good with a beautiful garden patio to sit in. The only bad thing that I could come up was that the WIFI was a little spotty from our room but had no problem anywhere else in the hotel.

Great Staff & Convenient location

We enjoyed our experience at Meridano Sur Petit Hotel in Lima, Peru. Andres and other members of the staff were very welcoming, hospitable, and helpful. We appreciate the attention and care they gave to making our stay such an enjoyable one! The breakfasts were very delicious and the convenience to transportation and nearby sights was great!
