- As acomodações e serviços oferecidos não condizem com as informações apresentadas no Site....fomos colocadas em um quarto inferior ao solicitado e como chegamos de madrugada conseguimos resolver a situação somente no dia seguinte... Pareceu-me que não existe uma certa organização para receber e atender aos hóspedes muito embora o responsável pelo local, Sr Sebastião tenha sido muito atencioso e simpático, o que salvou a nossa situação.. Mas ele vai para um pavimento superior e nem sempre aparece. Nos deu uma chave para quando quiséssemos entrar e sair. Depois que ele trocou nosso quarto ficou melhor...tivemos sorte de ter disponibilidade de um quarto um pouco melhor para trocar....Não me pareceu que existam outras pessoas na manutenção e atendimento do local...somente vi esse senhor. Com relação ao café oferecido, também deixa a desejar principalmente na forma que é servido...fica em cima de uma mesa em uma sala...expostos (mantega, geleia, frios) sem as devidas precauções de condicionamento (tampados) e em quantidades limitadas. Saiamos cedo para a Rua e quando voltávamos a noitinha a louça do café da manha ainda estava em cima da pia de uma pequena copa ao saldo da sala. Para não ser injusta...sujiro que a DECOLAR mantenha um serviço de inspeção a situações como esta ora relatada (de surpresa) aos hoteis conveniados. Com relação a localização gostei...uma rua bonita, bem localizada e próxima de tudo.

buen lugar con excelente ubicación

lo primero para destacar es la excelente ubicación, un lugar tranquilo pero cerca de todo. Recorrimos todo Santiago de Chile a pie y e metro y el hotel tenia muy fácil acceso, sobretodo para quienes visitan la ciudad por primera vez. Es muy pintoresco pero quizás debido a eso es que el edificio es bastante viejo y harían falta algunas refacciones. Como por ejemplo el agua caliente que no funciona muy bien en los cuartos. La esencia del lugar es muy agradable por el hecho de poder compartir con otros viajeros el mismo espacio, hasta desayunar en la misma mesa con pasajeros del mundo. Muy buena relación calidad-precio
