We are four adults and we found the unit way too tight for all of us. One twin bed in the dining/kitchen area, one very small room with the size of the twin bed there and then a bed for a couple with a decent size bedroom. The bathroom was very tiny. The windows were very thin and the noise from outside was very bad. Walls need to be painted and windows needs to be cleaned. We only used the kitchen for breakfast. The kitchen was very minimal and Tere was not enough spoons for all. No coffee maker. We called because at our arrival there was only three towels and we are four. The landlord provided a towel and a small floor towel the following day of our arrival. If you are in a budget go for it but honestly if you can pay more this is not the place. The area, little we knew, is not safe after dark and we were told to be very careful. I think with a better cleaning and makeup work this unit can be much better. We do not recommend this place. Very nice concierge and easy parking, that was a plus!

A acomodação foi ótima. Nos atendeu super bem, ótima localização. Perto dos principais pontos turísticos de Santiago. O único porém, é que não podíamos utilizar a rede Wi-Fi da acomodação para o celular. Mas havia tv conectada à internet, o que possibilitava o uso de streamings.

Infelizmente não foi das melhores. Já tinha me hospedado ano passado em um apartamento nesse mesmo prédio e as instalações do outro eram bem melhores. Fiz 2 reservas, e foram disponibilizados 02 apartamentos o de numero 420 e o de numero 2018. O de numero 420 tem 02 banheiros, porém o social não funcionava o chuveiro, o que obrigou 05 pessoas compartilhar um único chuveiro. Os colchões estão já passaram do tempo de substituição e as roupas de cama não foram substituídas, mesmo tendo sido solicitado na portaria, nos obrigando a utilizar uma mesma toalha de banho durante 04 dias ÚMIDAS, porque não tem onde secá-las. A fechadura também apresentou problema, e um dos elevadores do bloco NÃO FUNCIONOU Portanto, hoje, eu não recomendaria os apartamento Monjitas.

Achei a melhor localização de Santiago. Tem 2 mercados em frente, perto das melhores casas de cambio (rua agostinas). Apto simples, mas ficaria novamente.

Super bem localizado!

O Apart Monjitas é muito bem localizado! Tem portaria 24 hrs, a responsável pelo apartamento, Carmem, foi super atenciosa! Acheio bem menor o ap ao vivo, e acredito que possam melhorar pequenos detalhes como, as cortinas feias e mal colocadas, ( o apto fica com aparência de mal cuidado, e senti falta de um abridor de garrafas de vinho! O que tinha estava quebrado! São pequenos detalhes que acredito que possam ser mudados com pouco custo, e que irão fazer toda a diferença!!! Ah o wifi é muito bom!!!

Great location very central easy to walk around central district. Was noisy at night, however you have to kind of expect that when so central. The rooms are very basic and a little run down. Very secure felt safe.
